🗓️ January 17th 2026, 10am, Birdwood Square
Whether you’re new to rugby or just try-curious, this fun, no-pressure intro session is the ideal way to start—or continue your Rams journey! You’ll meet our welcoming, inclusive team and get a feel for the game while having a blast.
We’ll cover everything, including contact skills—but you can go entirely at your own pace. Prefer non-contact? No problem—there are plenty of non-contact skills to learn and Rugby variants to play as part of the experience.

Join one of our pre-season programs running in parallel for both beginners and experienced players!
📅 Pre-season training starts weekly from January 20th
Choose from:
Rams Academy (Tuesdays & Thursdays): A beginner-friendly program designed to teach rugby from the ground up—absolutely no experience required.
Tri Tag (Thursdays Only): For experienced players, come play some non-contact touch rugby to get you warmed up for pre-season.

Missed Have a Try Day? No problem—these programs run for about six weeks, and you can drop in anytime. We welcome new players throughout the season, so it’s never too late to join!
