2025 is the perfect time to get involved with the Rams! Whether you’re brand new to rugby or have years of experience, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment where you can develop your skills, stay active, and be part of an inclusive team.

Join the Rams!

The Rams are competing in the 2025 RugbyWA season, and we’re currently training to prepare for these games, as well as the International Gay Rugby Australasian Cup in Auckland in September.

We welcome new players throughout the season, so it’s never too late to give rugby a go! If you’re keen to join, come down to training to meet the team, get a feel for the game, and see if it’s right for you.

We also understand that stepping into a new sport can be daunting, so we’re happy to support you as you build your skills and confidence. Our experienced players and leadership team are always willing to help with guidance, tips, and mentorship along the way.

If you have any questions before coming down, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram—we can make sure someone is available to welcome you when you arrive.

Training

📅 Training Times: Every Tuesday & Thursday. Arrive 6 PM for a 6:30 PM start.
📍 Location: Edinburgh Oval, Curtin University

🚗 Parking & Transport: There’s a car park right next to the training ground, and Curtin Central Bus Station is just a short walk away.

🏠 Facilities: You can get changed at the Clubhouse (if it’s open, see the map above). If not, change rooms and toilets are available inside Curtin Stadium.

📍 Where to Meet: We usually gather either on the field near the car park or under the verandah at the Clubhouse.
