Early 2025 is the perfect time to get involved with the Rams, we’ll be hosting a bunch of beginner-friendly training sessions and meet-ups to give anyone, with any level of experience, a chance to try out rugby in a safe and supportive environment.

Pre-Season Programs

Join one of our pre-season programs running in parallel for both beginners and experienced players.

We train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting January 14th, and depending on your skill level, you can choose from:

• Rams Academy: A beginner-friendly program designed to teach rugby from the ground up. Absolutely no experience is required—everyone is welcome!

• Strength, Conditioning & Skills Refresh: For experienced players, we’ll focus on Strength & Conditioning on Tuesdays and Tri Tag plus forward and back skills refreshers on Thursdays.

These programs will run for six weeks. Afterward, our unified beginner and senior pre-season training will commence. We welcome new players throughout the season, so it’s never too late to join!

🚨 First two weeks of training (January 14th, 16th, 21st and 23rd) are at Birdwood Square
🚨 All training after that is held at Edinburgh Oval, Curtin University

Want to meet the team socially?

We have a members Bottomless Brunch coming up on 1 Feb.

New recruits are welcome to join the brunch by either becoming a member and accessing a discounted ticket, or buying a “new recruit” ticket without a membership for $10 more.
