2026 is the perfect time to get involved with the Rams! Whether you’re brand new to rugby or have years of experience, we offer a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where you can develop your skills, stay active, and be part of a great team.

Join Our Preseason
Join one of our pre-season programs running in parallel for both beginners and experienced players!
📅 Pre-season training starts weekly from Tuesday, January 20th.
🕕 Arrive at 6pm for a 6:30pm start.
🚨 Training will move between locations early in pre-season:
Tues Jan 20 and Thurs Jan 22: Loton Park
Tues Jan 27 to Thurs Feb 5: Birdwood Square
From Tues Feb 10 onward: Venue TBC

Choose from
Rams Academy (Tuesdays & Thursdays): A beginner-friendly program designed to teach rugby from the ground up—absolutely no experience required.
Tri Tag (Thursdays Only): For experienced players, come socialise with new players and play some non-contact touch rugby to get you warmed up for pre-season from 7:15pm.
These programs run for about six weeks, and you can drop in anytime. If you can't make everything, just come to what you can.
We welcome new players throughout the season, so it’s never too late to join!
